Getting to know your customer with the following rules and its acceptance is necessary for the attainment rental service.

  1. Apartment booking
  • Booking is done by using the form or by telephone.
  • Confirmation by email is tantamount to signing a contract.
  • Upon confirmation of booking must be paid 30% deposit within 3 working days. (The amount and account number will be given in return mail).
  • Any deposit is in terms of down payment. Deposit will not be refunded if there will be a booking cancellation
  • In the absence of payment, reservation is canceled.
  • Minimum stay in the apartment are 2 nights.
  • In the email booking specify the currency in which they will pay a down payment (PLN, USD, EUR).
  • The remaining amount due must be paid prior to your arrival on the account, or settle on arrival.

  1. Arrival and departure
  • CHECK-IN at 3 pm
  • DEPARTURE by 11 am
  • You can determine the individual hours of arrival and departure by letting us know your estimated time of arrival, so that we can make arrangements for a convenient check-in also outside regular hours.
  • The customer is obliged to inform the receptionist about the arrival of your pet.
  1. Standards in force during stay
  • The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (+ small child and / or pet). The customer is obliged to adhere to these principles, respect for the good of owners of the apartment and to observe generally accepted standards of public policy, in particular to preserve quiet hours from 22.00 to 8.00 am the next day. If you exceed the number of living people, finding devastation or gross violations of public order, we have the right to immediately terminate the contract without refund stay.
  • Customer is obliged to properly secure dwellings, ie. by closing doors and windows every time he leaves, and storing keys to the apartment by himself.
  • In case of doubt the cleanliness of the apartment or found in the apartment of technical defects, the Customer should be immediately inform the representative of the apartment Cafe Del Mar.
  • Early departures will not give rise to reimbursement of all or part of the cost of your stay.
  • The customer is liable for damages in the apartment.
  • The apartment is strictly non-smoking. For breaking the ban customer you will be charged a contractual penalty amounting to 2 000.00 zł.
  • Guest during his stay is required to properly secure the apartment, by which is meant a smooth closing doors and windows whenever leaving it.
  • The loss of key customer shall pay 150 zł.
  • In case of technical defects of apartment done during the guest’s stay, guest will be obliged of covering losses of property.
  • During the stay the guest is the only user of the apartment.
  1. Changes to the agreement.
  • For information about the change or cancellation must be addressed to us in the form of mail or by telephone.
  • In case of no arrival of the guest or no contact with the Customer, agreement is cancelled without refundation.
